TK/K Little Chef Adventures (Cooking)

In this hands-on introduction to culinary skills, our TK and Kindergartners will begin their kitchen journey by exploring age-appropriate techniques in food preparation, safety, and nutrition. Students will practice washing produce, using child-safe knives, mixing ingredients, setting the table, and participating in clean-up routines—all while learning the value of trying new foods. Each week features a seasonal recipe or theme designed to promote independence and build confidence in the kitchen. Whether making rainbow veggie wraps or harvest muffins, students will be encouraged to engage all their senses while developing foundational kitchen habits. This course offers a balanced blend of fun and skill-building, helping students establish a lifelong positive relationship with food. Note: All recipes are adaptable for allergies and sensitivities
